I suppose it's about time I actually fill in this page with some content.

This is my blog/website where I put stuff from time to time. Sometimes I wish things appeared more regularly. It appears that Movable Type's Auto-magical post-create feature isn't widely supported.

Given that, and the fact that Movable Type doesn't have a Auto-magical post-create feature ( although it would be cool ), I am working hard to address the fact that my post frequency leaves much to be desired.

All in all, however, that is a feature - not a bug - a feature that in it's entirety sums up my charm. Just when you think you know me, I do a 180 and completely take you by surprise.

Where I am

I live in Topeka, KS. Please don't throw things at me. The whole of the Midwest doesn't necessarily constitute who I am. Born in Grand Island, NE, my family moved all over. I've lived in Nebraska, Utah, Arizona, Texas, Illinois, California, Hawaii and Kansas. After much introspection and soul searching I've decided that I really am a warm-weather person.

Where I want to be

If I could move somewhere, I would most likely move to New Zealand, Hawaii or ( least likely ) Southern California.

What I do

I'm a dad to two wonderful kids. My son is 13 ( damn I'm getting old ) and my daughter is 10, a husband, and a software developer.

What I want to do

I am currently working on a web 2.0 project that I have yet to disclose. I would really like to make that my job.
